My wife's an editor, and says this one actually falls under a special rule for abbreviations. "When an abbreviation follows an indefinite article, the choice of a or an is determined by the way the abbreviation would be read aloud."
Really dig it. Its a slimmed down and light weight "d20 roll under" system without gutting the game down into an Into the Odd hack. In a handful of pages it has the mechanics, a rudimentary setting, some basic tables to get you going and art to set a vibe. It's the kind of thing I would want printed in a zine format in a box set with a couple of dice sets, a pencil and some flash cards for character sheets that you can pop in a backpack and play at the drop of a hat at a local shop.

That would be awesome to put together some day! In the middle of a master's at the moment, but perhaps a summer project.
